A friend who is new to Heine, with a bulk tank in our service area, referred before their first delivery. On a standard tank (250 gallons or more) they qualify after their first paid delivery of 100 gallons or more. On a smaller tank they qualify by joining the Care or Plus tier of Never Run Out within 90 days of opening their account. Cylinder refills don't count.
Yes, as a half credit: if they join any Never Run Out Membership tier within 90 days of your referral, you get $50 and they get $25.
Heine Rewards (launching soon) will show your referrals and credits. Until then, call us at (817) 341-7240 and we'll look them up.
Once your friend qualifies and our team reviews it, the credit is added to your Heine Rewards balance as loyalty points, which you can use toward propane, service, or a following year of Never Run Out membership. Credits have no cash value. If your account is past due, the credit is held until it's current.
