Save 30β50% on fuel costs. Reduce emissions. Support American energy independence.
Propane autogas is the most widely-used alternative fuel in the world β cleaner, cheaper, and more accessible than gasoline, diesel, or compressed natural gas.
Use our Fleet Fuel Cost Calculator to compare your current fuel spend vs. propane autogas
Calculate Your Savings βAutogas costs $1.00 less per gallon than gasoline or diesel on average. Save 30β50% annually on fleet fuel expenses.
Propane autogas emits up to 20% less NOx and 60% less CO than gasoline. Meets EPA Tier 3 standards without expensive exhaust systems.
Over 90% of propane is produced domestically. Support American energy independence while reducing foreign oil dependence.
Texas has nearly 400 propane autogas refueling stations vs. fewer than 50 CNG stations. Conversion costs are 2β3Γ cheaper than CNG.
Propane burns cleaner than gasoline β less engine wear, longer oil life, and fewer tune-ups. Extends vehicle lifespan.
Propane autogas is the #1 alternative fuel worldwide. Over 27 million vehicles run on autogas globally, including school buses, delivery fleets, and government vehicles.
Box trucks, cargo vans, last-mile delivery vehicles
Passenger vans, shuttles, paratransit, school buses
Pickup trucks, service vehicles, work trucks
Municipal vehicles, parks & rec, public works
Farm trucks, irrigation pumps, utility vehicles
Backup power, construction sites, remote operations
From assessment to fueling, we handle every step of your autogas conversion
We analyze your current fuel costs, vehicle usage, and routes to calculate your exact savings. Receive a detailed ROI projection with payback timeline (typically 18β36 months).
Our technicians install EPA-certified bi-fuel systems (vehicles run on propane OR gasoline). Maintains factory warranty and passes all emissions tests. Installation takes 1β2 days per vehicle.
Choose from on-site fueling (we install a Parafour autogas dispenser at your facility) or public station fueling (400+ Texas locations). Heine Propane provides fuel supply and ongoing support.
We train your drivers on safe fueling procedures and bi-fuel operation. 24/7 support for any questions or issues. Quarterly check-ins to track savings and optimize performance.
Don't let upfront costs delay your savings
Lowest total cost. Fastest ROI (18β24 months). Best for fleets with capital budget.
Spread costs over 36β60 months. Monthly payment often lower than fuel savings.

No. EPA-certified bi-fuel systems (which we install) are protected under federal law. Manufacturers cannot void your warranty solely because you installed an alternative fuel system. Our systems meet all EPA emissions and safety standards.
Typically $6,000β$12,000 per vehicle depending on tank size and installation complexity. Pickup trucks average $8,500. With fuel savings of $2,000β$4,000/year per vehicle, most fleets see payback in 18β36 months.
Yes. All our conversions are bi-fuel systems β vehicles can run on propane OR gasoline. Switch between fuels with a dashboard toggle. Gasoline tank stays functional as a backup.
Two options: (1) On-site fueling β We install a Parafour autogas dispenser at your facility. (2) Public stations β Texas has nearly 400 autogas refueling locations. We provide maps and fleet cards for easy access.
Yes. Propane has an excellent safety record β tanks are 20Γ more puncture-resistant than gasoline tanks. Propane dissipates quickly if released (unlike gasoline which pools). All systems meet NFPA 58 and DOT safety standards.
Propane has slightly lower energy density than gasoline, so you'll see 10β15% range reduction per tank. However, with bi-fuel systems, you have BOTH tanks available β total range often exceeds gasoline-only vehicles. Power output is nearly identical (within 5%).
