Heine Propane LLC (“Heine Propane,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a family-owned propane delivery and service company in Granbury, Texas. This policy explains what personal information we collect, why we collect it, who we share it with, and the choices you have.

- Contact and account details — name, service and billing address, phone number, email address.
- Service information — tank size and location, equipment details, delivery history, usage readings from tank monitors, and service notes.
- Payment information — processed by our payment providers. We do not store full payment card numbers on our website.
- Messages you send us — form submissions, emails, texts, and chat conversations.
Information collected automatically
- Device and usage data — IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring page, and time spent on the site.

Phone calls
Calls to and from our business lines may be monitored or recorded for quality assurance, training, and service accuracy. If you prefer not to be recorded, tell the representative and we will accommodate your request or continue by another channel.
2. How We Use Your Information
- Deliver propane, schedule service, and manage your account
- Monitor tank levels and dispatch deliveries for enrolled customers
- Process payments, billing, and pre-buy or membership enrollments
- Respond to your questions and provide customer support
- Send service notifications such as delivery confirmations and safety notices
- Send marketing about our programs and pricing, where you have given the required consent
- Improve our website, measure advertising performance, and prevent fraud
- Comply with legal, safety, and regulatory obligations
3. Text Messaging (SMS) Program
- How you opt in. You may consent by checking the text-message box on one of our forms, texting us first, or giving written consent to a representative. Marketing texts are sent only to customers who have given prior express written consent.
- What we send. Service messages (delivery confirmations, safety and outage notices, account alerts) and, if you have opted in, promotional messages about programs such as Pre-Buy and Keep Full Membership.
- Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply.
- To stop, reply STOP to any message. You may also call us, email us, or ask any representative. We honor opt-out requests made through any reasonable method.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
4. When We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only as described here:
- Service providers that operate our business on our behalf — customer and billing systems, delivery and dispatch software, messaging and telephony providers, payment processors, email and marketing platforms, and website analytics. They may use your information only to perform services for us.
- Advertising and analytics partners — see Section 5.
- Professional advisors such as accountants, auditors, and attorneys.
- Legal and safety — when required by law, subpoena, or regulation, or to protect the safety of any person or property.
- Business transfers — in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, subject to this policy.
5. Cookies, Analytics, and Advertising
Our website uses cookies and similar technologies for site functionality, analytics, and advertising measurement. This includes tools from Google (Analytics and Google Ads), Meta (Facebook), and HubSpot. These partners may set cookies that help us understand how visitors find and use our site and whether our advertising is working.

We keep personal information for as long as needed to provide service, maintain account and safety records, resolve disputes, and satisfy legal, tax, and regulatory requirements. When information is no longer needed, we delete it or remove identifying details.
8. Security
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.
9. Children
Our website and services are intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us and we will delete it.
