If your tank is on our monitoring and we let it run out through our own scheduling or execution, we make it right — $100 on Basic, $200 on Care, $400 on Plus. It's our scheduling on the line, not yours.
Basic $4.99, Care $9.99, Plus $14.99 — billed every 4 weeks on a 12-month term, or prepaid annually at a discount. Every tier includes the wireless monitor and the guarantee; Care adds a winter price lock and a safety visit, Plus adds a second visit and a priority line.
Send us the bill showing your old supplier's termination fee and we match it, up to $500. On a 3-year Care or Plus agreement, every delivery earns $0.50 a gallon in Switch Credit until the fee is covered. It applies to propane and service, never cash or membership fees. Leave early and you simply stop earning it — there is nothing to claw back. One Switch Credit per service address, on tanks of 250 gallons or larger; some terms and restrictions apply.
Pre-buy lets Never Run Out Members pay for their winter gallons now at a fixed price. It's optional, and it comes with the membership (a smart tank monitor and automatic delivery); you can enroll in both at once. Enrollment closes November 30.

Yes. If you use at least 300 gallons on Basic, 600 on Care or 1,000 on Plus during a completed 12-month membership year, we credit back the membership fees you paid that year as propane credit for deliveries and service. One credit per account, combined across all your tanks; it has no cash value.
The membership is a 12-month term that auto-renews; cancel and the monitor comes back, with annual prepay refunded net of the discount. The Switch Credit is the only 3-year commitment, and only if you take it.
